Assistant Vice President, Financial Institutions Group, Moody’s Investors Service Middle East Limited
Nitish Bhojnagarwala is an Assistant Vice President at Moody’s in the Financial Institutions Group. Based in Dubai, he covers a portfolio of large conventional and Islamic financial institutions located in the Middle East.
He has been with Moody’s since 2011 and during his term Nitish participated in sukuk roundtables and also conducted various workshops on Islamic finance at various regional conferences in the UAE and Bahrain. In addition, he has authored several research pieces with a focus on regional banking and credit issues and issuer-in-depths (for both Islamic and conventional banks).
Prior to joining Moody’s, Nitish spent five years at Tamweel in the Treasury function and was also covering financial institutions at KPMG in the UAE. Nitish holds a MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management & Research with a major in Finance (Investment Banking).
